Auto Order
Stay stocked without reordering by hand
Put the supplies you use every week on Auto Order. We reorder them on your schedule — you can skip, pause or cancel anytime.
How Auto Order works
- 1
Switch Auto Order ON
On any product page, choose Auto Order instead of a one-time purchase.
- 2
Pick a schedule
Every 2 weeks, every month, every 2 months or every 3 months — whatever fits your practice.
- 3
Order now or later
Place your first order today, or let it start on the next order day (the 1st or 15th).
- 4
We handle the rest
We email a reminder the day before each repeat order so you can skip, change quantity or pause.
Why practices use it
No fees, no commitment
Auto Order is free. Change or cancel whenever you like.
Always today's price
Each order uses the product's price on the order day, including any discount.
Free shipping still applies
Orders over the free-shipping threshold ship free, automatically.
Never run out
Gloves, masks, anesthetics, composites — keep your shelves stocked without thinking about it.
Questions
When are Auto Orders placed?+
On the 1st and 15th of each month. Everything due for you on the same day, to the same address and card, is combined into one order.
When am I charged?+
Only when an order is placed — never at sign-up (unless you choose to place your first order right away). The charge includes that day's price, shipping and tax.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?+
Yes, anytime from My Account → Auto Orders. Use Skip next delivery for a one-off skip, the ON/OFF switch to pause, or Cancel to stop it completely.
Will I get a reminder?+
Yes. We email you the day before each order with the items and estimated total, so you can make changes in time.
What if a product is out of stock or my card is declined?+
We'll email you and try again the next day, up to three times. If it still can't be placed, that delivery is skipped and your schedule continues.
Can I change quantity, schedule, address or card?+
Yes. Every Auto Order can be edited from My Account → Auto Orders at any time before its order day.
